CBC News - Prince Edward Island - Convicted abuser gets 8 months in jail: "On Friday, Supreme Court Justice Gordon Campbell sentenced Martin to an additional eight months in jail for the latest case and said Martin should be ashamed of himself.
In handing down the sentence, Campbell said he had to treat Martin has a first-time offender because the abuse in the current case predated the crimes he's currently serving time for.
Campbell said although the eight-month sentence was within the range deemed appropriate for a first-time offender for this type of offence, he found the sentence 'lenient' and 'completely insufficient.'"
