And before my conservative friends say "well no one is keeping you from not paying more taxes", I say .. fuck you. I don't LIKE paying taxes. Nobody LIKES paying taxes but it is the price we pay for living in a reasonably civilized society and there is no way that any American in my income range can reasonably say they are overtaxed.
