If This Is True NY Times should be sued

A Most Peculiar Test Drive | Blog | Tesla Motors:
"You may have heard recently about an article written by John Broder from The New York Times that makes numerous claims about the performance of the Model S. We are upset by this article because it does not factually represent Tesla technology, which is designed and tested to operate well in both hot and cold climates."

The article goes on to describe data logging results that contradict what Broder said. This is pretty pitiful if true and should result in the author being fired and the newspaper sued for a large amount of money.

My Kind of Civility

The Desert Tortoises With Boltcutters Civility Pledge » Pharyngula:
"Rather than worry overmuch about civility, I pledge to be as kind as possible. And sometimes the kindest possible contribution to a discussion with someone acting in bad faith and harmfully is to tell them to go fuck themselves sideways. "

On medical coding and Albany Med

When your hospital codes a Colonoscopy as outpatient surgery rather than as a preventative service in order to get a bigger payment I would think that is fraud. Albany Med doesn't agree.
Shame on them.
