Is growing up rapidly and thinks she might want to do some modeling. I think that she should give it a shot.
Some folks seem to think I occasionally have interesting things to say. I don't always agree.

Bon Asks A good question
Zandar Versus The Stupid: Shiny Chrome: "Microsoft Office has a free and incredibly competitive alternative, loosening their hold on businesses who are cutting back on costs. Internet Explorer is losing its dominance over browsers and the chance to hawk Microsoft services. I believe we can all agree that the Windows mobile phone market is a joke. So remind me, just what do we need them for again?

On LED Lights
Best LED Lightbulb | The Wirecutter: "My favorite LED lightbulb is the Philips 12.5 watt ambientLED, a lamp as bright and as warmly colored as a traditional 60 watt incandescent. Nearly everyone who reviewed it found it to be their favorite.
But let me get this out of the way: it's $25. LED Lightbulbs aren't cheap. But they'll last 15-25 years compared to about a year for regular bulbs. And they only use 1/5th of the power that older bulbs require–about $1 vs $5 a year. So they can eventually save you hundreds of dollars because you won't have to replace them as often, and they'll burn less energy."

More Hoodies ...
From the NRA Store
"We want concealed carry to fit around your lifestyle – not the other way around. That’s why we developed the NRAstore™ exclusive Concealed Carry Hooded Sweatshirt. It’s the only garment of its kind we know of! Made from a pre-shrunk, heavyweight 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend, we’ve taken a standard 9 oz. fleece sweatshirt design and added a full-body polyester lining for added warmth, durability, wind resistance and weight distribution. Inside the sweatshirt you’ll find left and right concealment pockets. The included Velcro®-backed holster and double mag pouch can be repositioned inside the pockets for optimum draw. Ideal for carrying your favorite compact to mid-size pistol, the NRA Concealed Carry Hooded Sweatshirt gives you an extra tactical edge, because its unstructured, casual design appears incapable of concealing a heavy firearm – but it does so with ease! Includes drawstring hood, cotton/spandex ribbed cuffs and waistband, two front pouch pockets and a discreet black zipper. Includes one Velcro® holster and one Velcro® mag pouch. Colors: Black, Navy. Made in USA. "

Comment of the day - Politico Edition redux
Geraldo Rivera: My own son ashamed of me - MJ Lee - POLITICO.com:
"Nearly all of the criminals on Wall Street wore suits and ties. Don't trust anyone with a suit and tie in a business environment. They are probably going to rip you off. Same with whores. They wear stilletos. Don't date a woman who wears them, she's probably a whore. If you see a man in a suit walking down the sidewalk with a woman in high heels, move off the sidewalk. Or just shoot them. What the hell."

As Santorum Fires Gun, Woman Shouts ‘Pretend It’s Obama’ - ABC News:
You know, I have to agree with this. If you are target shooting, why do the targets have to look like people?
"Interesting that Santorum would say “No we’re not pretending it’s anybody but shooting pistols.” Those targets are not human shaped for no reason. They are pretending to shoot people. They are practicing to kill people. "

A personal note

For the last year and a half I have been living with a wonderful woman.
During that time I have occasionally behaved badly including some inappropriate conversations with members of the opposite sex. I have no good excuse for these things but I do know that they are behind me and I am getting counseling to help me understand why I would have done such stupid things.
I am very much in love with my lady and am making this public statement in the hope that it will help to show her that the only woman that matters to me is her and I will do whatever it takes to regain her trust.
