US Airways Lost and Found Department Rocks
In comparison to the shitty experience I am currently going through with Pep Boys, I can say that I am thrilled with the folks at the lost and found service of US Airways.
I left my Kindle behind on a flight from Philadephia to Jacksonville and US Airways found and returned it to me safe and sound.
Now THAT is how you do it.
