The sun is shining in southwestern Nova Scotia as conditions slowly begin to improve in the wake of torrential rains that wiped out a bridge, flooded homes and displaced more than 100 people.What struck me about this story is the meanspiritedness of some of the commenters.
Glad that all of my ex-inlaws (would that make them outlaws?) are safe
