Why are you speechless? He was asking a Muslim who is openly opposing terrorism to explain why she's different than the terrorists. How hard is that?
ReplyDeleteBecause the fact that his default assumption that a Muslim is somehow "pro-terrorist" is so fundamentally flawed that I was at a loss to properly express how incredibly stupid it was.
ReplyDeleteBut that wasn't his default assumption. His default assumption was that this lady is against terrorism. His question was specifically about that lady in comparison to those who are trying to kill us.
