Grandchildren of Barq's founder are challenging sale of root beer rights to Coca-Cola | NOLA.com: "The great-grandchildren of the founder of Barq's root beer are suing the Coca-Company for an unspecified sum, claiming that the beverage giant does not legally own their father's share of the Barq's company."
