Bridgetown mayor, council resigns - Nova Scotia - CBC News: "The entire Bridgetown council has resigned over the town's ongoing financial problems.
Former mayor Art Marshall said the town called in the RCMP on May 23. He refused to give details, saying he didn't want to jeopardize the investigation."
