CBC News - Nova Scotia - N.S. man guilty of hate crime in cross-burning: Racial/Gender prejudice and hatred is a funny thing, in that, it is more tolerated if the recepient is white, or german, or male. At least that seems the case in North America. I hear 'whitey', 'honky', all the time on tv, and not as much as a 'tsk, tsk'. God forbid a white person says anything of a similar fashion.Not sure what tv shows this commenter watches but they must be far more interesting than what I see when i turn on mine.
