Facebook Firing Follies?

NLRB lets worker diss boss on Facebook - Jennifer Martinez - "The National Labor Relations Board reiterated on Monday that communicating with coworkers about the workplace is protected by law, even if it happens on Facebook instead of in the office break room. The agency approved a settlement with a medical transportation company that had been accused of illegally firing an employee for badmouthing her boss with other colleagues on Facebook."
