Meanwhile at NoQuarter

Comes this bit of brilliance
Why would Ann Dunham, at age 18, travel from Honolulu to Mercer Island (outside of Seattle) with a newborn infant for a “brief” visit?

What were the logistics of a Honolulu-Seattle round trip in 1961: how long was the flight, and how much would the trip have cost?

Were there any restrictions in 1961 about flying with newborn babies?

Did Dunham travel alone with “Barry” (the name Blake used) or was she accompanied by Barack Sr., her mother, or others?

Is it possible that Dunham actually delivered Barry someplace close to Mercer Island — either in the US or Canada — and she popped in to visit Ms. Blake on her way back to Hawaii?
I figured that it was impossible to become more amazed at these fools but I was wrong.

My personal favorite part of the story though is the list at the bottom of "My previous posts in the Birth Certificate series, in reverse chronological order:" There are now 6 of them by this one writer alone [Texas Darlin]. Now that isnt really a lot .. until you realize that she has written a total of 35 pieces for NoQuarter and 19 (by my count) are explicitly anti-Obama rants rather than Pro-Hillary pieces. And every one of the rants is every bit as content free as this one was.

It is rather sad that someone that is supposedly a Democrat spends most of her time tearing into the presumptive nominee simply because her feelings are hurt over her preferred candidate losing. My preferred candidate was John Edwards. I think that he was the best hope for this country to get a true national health care plan. I think that he was the best hope for this country to return to the rule of law after the last 7 years of the rule of a man-child. But you didn't see me taking my ball and going home because he didn't win.

I think that the folks at NoQuarter should grow the fuck up and stop acting like 5 year olds. Obama won and he will be a perfectly fine president. I do not think he will be a great president, although he could surprise me because he has the skills, I am just not sure if he has the will. I do know that McCain would be a disaster and anyone that enables that happening is, in my view, someone that is putting their hurt feelings above the good of their country and there is a word for people like that. Stupid.
