At first, I thought wtf because of the laundry room, and knew his house would have better then that. I was curious, so googled. Since it was taken 'on the road', who knows whose houes/facility is being used. I love the write up though, I don't think Frances Martel has done a guy's laundry in awhile. He is clearly putting powder on a (presumably wet) shirt collar, a common practice before using spray 'stain removers'. It is not a paper towel.
I also looked up to see who Martel was (I couldn't remember if it was 'Frances' or 'Francis' for a male) and found out she was the bright ligtht that picked up the National Enquier story on Obama's supposed cheating. *eye roll*
