I am sitting here in my living room still crying like a little kid after having watched Obama's speech.
My daughter called me tonight and was excited that this was looking like it was really going to happen. She is 13 years old and lives in Canada and she knew how important this was.
My ex-wife called me this afternoon at my office and asked me if I thought that this could really happen. I told her that one way or another we would know something about the country. Damn I am glad that this is the thing that we learned.
My cats ... were pissed about the puppy. Oh well, can't please everyone.
I am so proud of my adopted country tonight that I can barely stand it!
