Not taken out of context. He really did say it and has not backed off it. Eugenics is a nasty stance to try to defend.

This is just appalling. I have spent a lot of time around these people he considers inferior. I'd choose them over him any day. Every time. This was one I skipped reading elsewhere, I don't need this much asshole in my day.
