You have the chance to get what could be a superstar coach in Pete Carroll and you interview Leslie Frazier who knows that he has approximately the same chance of getting the job as I do. This kind of BS is just theatre and does not advance the cause of minorities in the NFL one iota.

I hope that Frazier gets something substantial down the road for being a good soldier and agreeing to be a participant in this charade because otherwise he is stupid as a post or has just been used to make it look as if Seattle was trying.
